1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, whatsapp or in person.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes may be allowed.
Advance payment may be needed for Makeup and Hairstyling related services. Cancellations
or rescheduling must be done at least 4 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations
may be charged a cancellation fee.
2. Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Full payment must be made at the time of service.
3. Services & Satisfaction
We aim to provide the highest quality of service. If you're not satisfied, please inform
us immediately so we can address it.

5. Gift Vouchers & Offers
Vouchers must be presented at the time of service.
Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Expired Offers and vouchers are not redeemable.
